A small departure from faces

Just a few things I wanted to explore and document my findings:

on-camera flash produces infrared light!
(my work can officially go mobile!)

for those of you who keep asking about what an infrared animal looks like
(clayton here is clearly as enthused as i am)

about 8 minutes before the rain came down
interesting note: for this one i used a white sheet of paper to white balance
off of in camera raw... when truly properly white balanced tree leaves are
bluish under infrared.
